The amenities were spread out and there was a lot to do. The location was nice and there were beautiful trails to hike. The rental equipment was in great condition and helpful. It was also nice that there were no additional costs for using the amenities.
The staff was disorganized and unprofessional. They charged my card without my consent and had trouble fixing the issue.

Nestled by the serene lake, the location offers a tranquil getaway from the bustling city. The state parks and Namekagon river are in the vicinity for outdoor lovers. The spacious and comfortable rooms come equipped with all necessary amenities and some even have cooking capabilities. The restaurant serves delicious meals and the staff is attentive to guests' needs. The cottages come with extra facilities like row boats, barbecue grills, and fire pits.
The hotel management needs to improve their billing system as some guests have faced issues with credit card charges.

Spent Christmas holidays here. The snowy scenery around was breathtaking. The cabins were decorated festively, adding to the holiday spirit. The cabin we stayed in was equipped with a full kitchen and a cozy fireplace. The highlight of our stay was the availability of snowmobiles, which provided us with a fun and convenient mode of transportation around the area.
Despite the convenient snowmobile rental service, there was a bit of confusion during check-in as the staff did not clearly communicate all the necessary rental details. The cabin we stayed in was not as clean as we had hoped upon arrival.
